Newman and Caracappa of W&M completes 2,183 s/f lease expansion

After signing its initial lease 18 months ago at W&M Properties' 500 Mamaroneck Ave., Stark Business Solutions has expanded its space there by 2,183 s/f, bringing its total occupancy to 13,578 s/f, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the building. The tenant will occupy the space until 2018. W&M Construction will build out the new space for the tenant. Newman and assistant VP Kathleen Caracappa represented the landlord. Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates represented the tenant. 500 Mamaroneck Ave. is a five-story, 285,000 s/f, multi-tenanted office building.
