New Long Island developers/owners discuss projects at CIBS meeting

Four of Long Island's newest developers/owners discussed their projects and the commercial real estate market at an Oct. 14 meeting of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS). The more than 100 attendees heard from: * Mark Beige, president of Melville Associates/Ruble's Costume Co., Richmond Hill. * Joseph Farkas, president of Metropolitan Realty Associates, Garden City. * Michael Mattone, chief financial officer of the Mattone Group, College Point. * Nicholas Liberatoscioli Jr., president of Lusitano Enterprises Inc., Deer Park. The program was moderated by Michael Watt, president of the Long Island Builders Institute.
