New 10,500 s/f Ruby Tuesday opens; E.W. Howell Co. is project GC

Ruby Tuesday recently opened for business in Times Sq. The project consists of a restaurant fit-out over 2 floors at 41st St. and Broadway. The first-floor space, encompassing almost 3,000 s/f, includes a bar, seating for dining and an area for take-out customers. The 7,500 s/f second level has dining rooms and an additional beverage service area. The project also included new elevators, kitchen facilities on each floor and storefront. Construction was completed by General Contractor, E.W. Howell Co., Inc.
