NCI Construction completes full renovation at 5073 Broadway

According to Norman Rijo, president, NCI Construction, Inc. (NCI) has completed a full renovation of the Isabella Geriatric Center, located at 5073 Broadway in New York City. The aged building was completely retrofitted by NCI Construction to include upgrades to both the exterior and the interior. Inside the building, extensive work was done on the electric, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler systems to ensure that the facility had a solid foundation. An open reception area was built, as well as a serviceable interior for offices and other operational purposes. NCI Construction also made significant improvements to the facade of the building including new store fronts, a new entry and canopies. To best meet the needs of home care attendants, the entire gutted structure was rebuilt into a state-of-the art facility creating an environment that promotes health and independence. As an organization known for its welcoming and encouraging community, the Isabella Geriatric Center is now able to enjoy a space that reflects its dedication to providing optimum care.
