Nassimi of Janover LLC selected to NYSSCPA’s Leadership Institute; Part of a group of 20 up-and-comers from across NYS

Great Neck, NY According to Janover LLC, senior manager Rodney Nassimi, CPA, has been selected to the NYSSCPA Leadership Institute for 2019. This exclusive group of leaders is limited to 20 up-and-comers from across New York State and are selected by the NYSSCPA executive committee. Nassimi is part of the inaugural group for the Institute.

Nassimi is a rising star at the firm and a seasoned CPA, with over twelve years of public accounting experience. He works primarily in the assurance and attest areas for nonprofit, employee benefit plans, and privately held businesses across multiple industries, including marketing, construction, and film distributors. At Janover, he is a member of the assurance team. Nassimi is active at the NYSSCPA and is a member of its entertainment, arts and sports committee and the employee benefits committee.

The NYSSCPA developed the Leadership Institute, which is a six-month program, to engage and provide opportunities to members in the early stages of their career. The objective of the Leadership Institute is to enable participants to increase their effectiveness in the workplace, capture important insights and tools for strategic career planning, and to ultimately transform into effective leaders and transition to leaders in the society, the profession, and their respective communities.
