NAR launches commercial listing service

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has recently launched a new web site which is a Commercial Property Data Base on a national scale. The public will now have another place to find commercial and investment property listings. One of the unique features of the site is that any commercial practitioner may place their listing on the site or search for properties. The only requirement to use the site is one must be a licensed real estate agent. As part of the registration process you need to provide your state real estate license number. Listing and searching is free and there are enhanced features available for a fee. NAR does provide its Realtor members preferential listing visibility, preferred pricing for enhanced listings, and will be noted by the red "R" (commercial Realtor logo) on their listings. This is "The" upcoming site to be on; so place your commercial listing today on www.commercialsource.com.
