NAI Long Island represents Long Island Select Healthcare, Inc. in the lease of a 9,848 s/f medical office space

Islandia, NY NAI Long Island, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm disclosed that Marian Campi-Conde completed a long-term lease transaction for 9,848 rentable s/f of medical office space at the Riverhead Office Park, 877-905 East Main Street, on behalf of Long Island Select Healthcare (LISH), a Long Island based healthcare group. Marian represented the Tenant. The Landlord, 372 Jericho Corp, was represented by Chris Stack of CBRE.

Long Island Select Healthcare, based in Central Islip, NY, with multiple facilities throughout Suffolk Co, Long Island, is a comprehensive healthcare provider offering extensive medical services and sites, including primary medical care, dental treatments, and behavioral health services.

The Riverhead Office Park is a medical office park in the Eastern Suffolk County Submarket. The property is comprised of six - one story buildings in a park like setting with curb appeal and ample parking. Other tenants located at the property include NYU Langone Medical Associates & Northwell Healthcare. It is located approximately 1/2 mile east of downtown Riverhead on East Main Street and is minutes from the Long Island Expressway (I-495).
