Islandia, NY NAI Long Island has added two veteran real estate professionals, Richard Witt and Joseph Zago, to its team of commercial real estate experts. Their extensive industry experience and  commitment to excellence are set to help NAI Long Island's position as a provider of real estate solutions in the Long Island market.

Richard Witt, with four decades in the real estate industry, has joined NAI Long Island as a Commercial Real Estate associate broker. Witt brings with him experience, having owned, and managed a prominent large-scale real estate brokerage firm for over 30 years. His dedication to service to clients in property sales, leasing, and acquisitions has made him a trusted figure in the industry. Witt's perspective, derived from his involvement in thousands of property transactions, adds valuable business experience to NAI Long Island's team.

In addition to his career as a broker and investor, Witt has played an active role in shaping the real estate community on Long Island. He served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Long Island Board of Realtors and held positions on committees, including chairman of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees.

Joseph Zago, with over two decades of real estate experience, has also joined NAI Long Island as a dedicated Commercial Real Estate associate. His commitment to customer service and building enduring client relationships has been a hallmark of his career. Zago's diverse background, spanning residential, commercial, and rental sales, makes him a well-rounded addition to the team.

Prior to his real estate career, Zago excelled in corporate sales at British Airways, where he honed his skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and networking. He later went on to teach the Entrepreneurship Master program at NYIT School Of Management and actively contributed to various charitable foundations, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) Foundation, Arthritis Foundation, and Rocco's Voice for Autism.
