The Industrial Division at NAI Friedland has closed five leases totaling 12,186 s/f. The deals include: * A 2,000 s/f lease at 717 E. 135th St., Bronx. Industrial specialist Jeff Clinton brokered the deal between North 135 LLC (landlord) and Simon Roofing (tenant). Clinton represented the landlord and the tenant. * A 5,400 s/f lease at 67 Grant Ave., Harrison. Industrial/flex specialist Andy Grossman brokered the deal between Superior Dry Wall (landlord) and Lotz Inc. (tenant). Grossman represented the landlord and the tenant was represented by Paul Moulins of Rakow Realty. * A 1,586 s/f lease at 145 Saw Mill River Rd. Executive VP Steven Kornspun brokered the deal between Benerofe (landlord) and NY Aquatic (tenant). Kornspun represented the landlord and the tenant. * A 2,000 s/f lease at 145 Saw Mill River Rd. Kornspun brokered the deal between Benerofe (landlord) and Storage (tenant). Kornspun represented the landlord and the tenant. * A 1,200 s/f lease at 145 Saw Mill River Rd. Kornspun brokered the deal between Benerofe (landlord) and Global Stone (tenant). Kornspun represented the landlord and the tenant.
