Every sundays studio was also designed with a serene palette and earthy tones to elevate the relaxing experience. The new Upper West Side location will be sundays’ seventh studio in New York City, joining the brand’s current salons in SoHo, NoMad, Hudson Yards, the East Village, the Upper East Side, and Long Island City.

Designed inside and out by the award-winning global architecture firm RAMSA, The Henry offers 45 residences, ranging from three to six-bedroom homes, including half-floor, full-floor, and a collection of penthouses and townhouses. Located in the Upper West Side at 211 West 84th St., The Henry places residents on the pulse of some of the most sought-after cultural experiences in Manhattan with Lincoln Center’s Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, the American Museum of Natural History, the New York Historical Society, and Beacon Theatre nearby. The Henry is also adjacent to Central Park, and near Riverside Park and its biking and jogging paths along the Hudson River. Multiple subway lines, including the 1, B, and C trains, are close by.

Construction at The Henry is well underway, with first closings anticipated in December 2025. Since launching sales in fall 2024, the building has seen sales momentum and is more than 70% sold.
