Manhattan, NY Naftali Group signed a lease with the award-winning wellness-focused nail care brand sundays studio at The Henry, its new boutique residential building on the Upper West Side. Occupying 1,000 s/f of retail space along Bdwy., the New York-based nail studio will bring the brand’s non-toxic, cruelty-free polishes and signature nail care services to the ground floor of The Henry. The forthcoming salon is expected to open in summer 2026 and will mark sundays’ first location on the Upper West Side.

“We’re pleased to be welcoming a successful local brand like sundays to The Henry,” said Danielle Naftali, executive vice president of marketing, sales and design at Naftali Group. “Their holistic approach to self-care, innovative concept, and commitment to quality make them a valuable addition to the Upper West Side’s diverse retail landscape. We’re confident sundays will resonate with our residents and neighbors.”

“The Upper West Side is such a community-driven, family-oriented neighborhood, the perfect place for sundays to grow. As a brand, our goal is to create a warm gathering space for wellness rituals where members of the community can take a moment for themselves while also building authentic social connections amidst the high energy of New York City. We can’t wait to bring that restorative experience to The Henry residents,” said Amy Ling Lin, founder and CEO of sundays studio.

sundays was created to promote wellness, sustainability, and inner calm. Each nail polish at sundays was thoughtfully crafted with a perfect 10-free, non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free formula that delivers high-shine and long-lasting color. Services include signature meditative manicures with guided meditation and relaxation techniques, calming red light therapy manicures, non-toxic gel manicures, eco-paraffin manicures and more. Every sundays studio was also designed with a serene palette and earthy tones to elevate the relaxing experience. The new Upper West Side location will be sundays’ seventh studio in New York City, joining the brand’s current salons in SoHo, NoMad, Hudson Yards, the East Village, the Upper East Side, and Long Island City.
