Buffalo, NY Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of a single tenant Gerber Collision & Glass at 973 Hertel Ave. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.16 million.

Gerber Collision & Glass has been at this 10,881 s/f location for over six years and has 15+ years remaining on their lease with three, five-year renewal options. The lease features rent increases every five-years throughout the primary lease term and at the start of each renewal option.
