MST (NuVisions) to provide services to Fifteen Central Park West

According to MSTI Holdings, Inc., a carrier class communications technology company that specializes in providing quadruple play services consisting of video, voice, Internet and Wi-Fi to multi-tenant unit and multi-dwelling unit residential, hospitality and commercial properties, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Microwave Satellite Technologies, Inc. (NuVisions) has agreed to deliver triple play services including television, high speed Internet access, and digital voice to the residential condominium Fifteen Central Park West. "We are continuing to execute our growth strategy by providing the most sophisticated bundled telecommunications services available anywhere in the City to yet another premier property," said Frank Matarazzo, CEO and founder of MST (NuVisions). "We are proud to offer our services to the residents of what is perhaps the most luxurious condominium building in Manhattan." Located on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Fifteen Central Park West was developed by Zeckendorf Development with units priced as high as $40 million. Fifteen CPW is widely acknowledged as one of the most successful residential condominium projects in U.S. history. MST (NuVisions) triple play services will be available to residents of Fifteen CPW beginning in September 2007.
