Moshé of Charles Rutenberg appointed to the NAR board

Plainview, NY Joseph Moshé, broker/owner of Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. of Long Island (CRRLI), was appointed to the 2016 board of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a large firm representative. Moshé was selected based upon Charles Rutenberg Realty’s agent count as of July 31^st, 2015. Only 75 real estate firms in the country, and just five from New York State, were allocated representation on the NAR board of directors for 2016. The success of his agency in the last ten years has been unprecedented in the real estate industry. With CRRLI revving up for its 10^th anniversary in 2016, this honor could not have come at a more perfect time. “My sincerest gratitude to the National Association of Realtors for allowing me to serve on its board,” said Moshé, who is one of only a select few representatives from New York. “At Charles Rutenberg Realty, we endeavor to meet the highest level of professionalism and integrity in our relationships with the public and with our colleagues. This past year alone, Moshé was honored with a leadership award from Long Island Business News and his agent Yuh Chyi (Ann) Lee was named the firm’s Top Producer due to her record-breaking selling year. Article IV, Section 1 of the NAR Constitution allows for a representative from the top real estate firms in the country to join the board. This number is derived from the representative’s Realtor and Realtor-Associate membership count in July of the previous year. The National Association of Realtors also named Charles Rutenberg Realty among the top five firms in New York State.
