Morizio of Colliers International arranges $1.8 million sale for Terranova Bakeries
Terranova Bakeries has purchased 535 South Fourth Ave. The family business produces and distributes their award-winning, old world, artisan breads throughout the Bronx, Westchester County, Long Island, Connecticut and upstate New York.
The sale price for the 26,071 s/f building was $1.8 million.
Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers International in Hartford, Conn., in conjunction with Colliers International NY, represented the buyer in this transaction.

I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
