Morizio of Colliers International arranges $1.8 million sale for Terranova Bakeries

Terranova Bakeries has purchased 535 South Fourth Ave. The family business produces and distributes their award-winning, old world, artisan breads throughout the Bronx, Westchester County, Long Island, Connecticut and upstate New York. The sale price for the 26,071 s/f building was $1.8 million. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers International in Hartford, Conn., in conjunction with Colliers International NY, represented the buyer in this transaction.
