Chili, NY Monroe Roadways, one of Rochester’s leading site construction experts, was awarded the contract for site construction services of the new 14-building, 117-unit apartment complex at 85 Union Sq. Blvd. Monroe is working with local real estate developer Morgan Management and local general contractor Spoleta Construction on the project.
