The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at more than $2.5 billion, has arranged the acquisition of a 200,000 s/f industrial building located at 301 Mayhill St., from Arrow Fastener Co., LLC.
"The property's prime location within a major distribution hub, and with superior visibility with signage opportunities along Interstate 80 made this an attractive investment opportunity on its own merits," said Mike Harrington, a senior investment manager for The Hampshire Companies.
