Pardo of Two Trees Management brokers three leases totaling 3,272 s/f

Two Trees Management Co. has completed a total of 3,272 s/f in leases to three publishing companies in DUMBO. Magazine publisher B Hannah LLC has leased 857 s/f on the fourth floor of 55 Washington St. for one year. Flocabulary LLC also signed for 915 s/f on the second floor of 55 Washington St. for one year. Skram Media LLC signed a lease for 1,500 s/f for one year at 20 Jay St. Caroline Pardo, director of leasing for Two Trees Management, represented the landlord on all transactions, and none of the tenants were represented by brokers. "We couldn't be happier to welcome these publishing companies to DUMBO," said Pardo. "They are a great fit to our thriving business district that includes architects, designers, photographers, law firms and eclectic retailers."
