Queens, NY Mojo Stumer Associates, has been commissioned to design the interiors and all public spaces in the 5 Pointz LIC apartment building complex being built by G&M Realty.
The design includes a reception area, business center, apartment interiors, all hallways, lounges, a gallery, a fitness room, and an indoor pool. The reception area will have a customized desk and an engraved graffiti logo on the reception wall. The lounge area will have 14 ft. ceilings, with floor to ceiling windows. The client requested that graffiti artwork be incorporated throughout the interiors to reflect back on the history of the 5 Pointz neighborhood.
