Battey promoted to director of property management at McGuire Development
According to McGuire Development Company, Mary Battey has been promoted to director of property management. Battey has been employed by McGuire Development for more than a year as a senior property manager.
Battey brings a wealth of knowledge and more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry primarily in property management.
She is responsible for supervising a team of property managers while managing 250,000 s/f of class A office space in Western New York. She also handles a web based work order system, special property assignments, information system management and accounting system.
Battey is a notary public, current first vice president of BOMA Buffalo and enrolled in the RPA BOMA course program.
