What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2011?
Our most notable project this year was to attract the Upper East Side Garden House School to purchase the three lower floors of the mega triple luxury townhouse at 35-37-39 East 63rd St., between Park and Madison Aves. that we developed. This year the Garden School recently opened a preschool there and we also successfully rented the remaining floors as luxury rental apartments.
