Minrav Development partners with Forino and SLCE Architects for VU, 100-unit condo project

Manhattan, NY Minrav Development, is developing VU (pronounced “view”), a new construction condominium development in the Rose Hill neighborhood. VU is located at 368 Third Ave., between 26th and 27th Sts. The building will rise 35 stories and feature 100 residences, which will include studios to 3-bedrooms. 

Designer Paris Forino is crafting interiors to complement VU’s ceilings and panoramic views. SLCE Architects is designing the building’s architecture. 

Construction for VU is under way and the building recently topped out. Residents are expected to move in next year. VU has a full floor of curated amenities, including a fitness center, lounge, and media room. 

Sales for VU will launch this spring, with Halstead Development Marketing exclusively handling sales and marketing.
