Milbrook Properties and Alliance Retail lease 1,840 s/f to Bronx Wings One
Ryan Feldman, Alliance RetailBronx, NY Milbrook Properties, Ltd., with co-broker Alliance Retail Development Real Estate, has completed a 10-year lease agreement for 1,840 s/f with Broxnx Wings One, LLC. The retail space is located at 99-96 East Burnside Ave., a property Milbrook has owned for 60 years.
Other tenants of this center include Jimmy Jazz, AT&T and Amalgamated Bank. Ryan Feldman of Alliance Retail was the broker in the deal.

I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
