Bronx, NY Milbrook Properties, Ltd., with co-broker Alliance Retail Development Real Estate, has completed a 10-year lease agreement for 1,840 s/f with Broxnx Wings One, LLC. The retail space is located at 99-96 East Burnside Ave., a property Milbrook has owned for 60 years.

Other tenants of this center include Jimmy Jazz, AT&T and Amalgamated Bank. Ryan Feldman of Alliance Retail was the broker in the deal.
