Midland Appraisal’s Ferrara named president of Upstate Appraisal Institute

Rochester, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute named Stephen Ferrara, SRA, partner at Midland Appraisal Associates, Inc., as president for 2022. Other officers include Shawn Riley, MAI as vice president; Thomas LaBelle, MAI, AI-GRS as treasurer; and Robert Chelus, AI-GRS as secretary. New directors are Justin Martin, MAI and past president Richard Coughlin, MAI. They will be joining the current Board of Directors including Willam Beyerbach, MAI, SRA; Thomas Humbert, MAI; Christopher Harland; John Mako, MAI, SRA; and John Rynne, MAI, SRA.

Ferrara who is a partner in Midland Appraisal Associates, Inc. has experience in the appraisal of a wide variety of real estate properties.

The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.
