While this may sound impressive and the market is strong I can say it is not. Companies are reorganizing their operations to conform with market trends and demands. We service our customers that often come to us frantic for a business change with a timely swift deadline. Industry knowledge and performance is key. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : There will be a lack of midsize to small commercial spaces. The last several years have had companies downsizing to a level where there is waiting for the smaller spaces today. Landlords will have to reconfigure their existing properties for future market demand.
