What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : Initial slowdown in 1st quarter due to rush to sell in 2012 and beat capital gains, and then continuing steady throughout the year due to low interest rate environment, lack of product and price attractiveness to sell.
What are your resolutions for 2013? : My resolution for 2013 is to continue to ramp up the Company
