What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2013?
Closed a conventional acquisition loan in less than 30 days, without there having been an executed contract in place. The contract and closing happened at the same time.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013?
I financed a 16 Skilled Nursing Facility package for $202,000,000 at 95% Loan-to-cost, using several layers of mezzanine, and preferred equity tranches.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2014?
Gonna be big!!!!

Use time more effectively.
