Miceli of Largo Group of Companies secures $16.2 million for four properties in western New York

Williamsville, NY Perry Miceli, principal of the Largo Group of Companies, arranged a total of $16.2 million in financing for four separate multifamily properties across western New York.

The first property is a six building apartment complex with 55 apartments and single-story townhome units. Miceli arranged a fixed rate permanent first mortgage through one of Largo’s correspondent banks.

The second property, in Lockport, consists of two buildings with 56 units. Miceli negotiated a fixed rate permanent first mortgage through one of Largo’s correspondent life insurance companies.

Miceli arranged a permanent first mortgage to acquire the third apartment complex in Buffalo.  The property consists of two buildings with 32 two-bedroom units. Miceli secured a long term loan through one of Largo’s correspondent life insurance companies.

Miceli arranged a fixed rate permanent first mortgage to refinance a 38-unit apartment building in Orchard Park. The existing debt was placed through one of Largo’s correspondent life insurance companies.
