Miceli of Largo arranges $1.1 million for refinancing of 55,776 s/f retail building

Perry Miceli, managing director of the Largo Group of Companies arranged permanent first mortgage financing in the amount of $1.1 million for the purpose of refinancing the existing debt on a 55,776 s/f retail building situated at 6743 Transit Rd. The subject property consists of a one-story, steel frame and prefabricated concrete building and is currently 100% occupied by FYE Superstore (Transworld Entertainment). Transit Rd. (Rte. 78) is one of the primary retail corridors in the WNY region. Commercial development along Transit Rd. includes retail centers, hotels, restaurants, car dealerships, and the 1.2 million s/f. The Largo Group of Companies is a commercial mortgage banking company that structures, closes and services commercial mortgages for acquisitions, refinances and redevelopment projects.
