Colliers International has arranged a five-year extension and expansion for Milly's showroom and office space at 265 West 37th St.. Milly now occupies 15,000 s/f, including the entire 20th floor and part of the 19th floor.
Martin Meyer, principal and vice chairman of Colliers International Tri-State, represented both the tenant and the landlord, 265 West 37th St. LLC, in the transaction. "Milly is a popular, in demand brand, and expanded their space to accommodate growth," Meyer said.
Located near Eighth Avenue, 265 West 37th St. is a 265,000 s/f commercial building with a mix of office and showroom space.
The roster of tenants include: Walter Baker; Supplements New York Inc.; Nonni's Inc. and; Angela Taylor George, among others.
