Metro Realty brokers three leases - 20,730 s/f
Westbury, NY Mark Timpone and Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC leased 3,730 s/f at 496 Grand Blvd. to Herald East Inc. Timpone and Hacktt represented the tenant and the landlord, 496 Grand Blvd Owner LLC.
Timpone leased 10,000 s/f at 200 Armstrong Rd. in Garden City Park to Jamaica Bearings. Timpone represented both the tenant and the landlord.
Timpone leased 7,000 s/f at 485 Westbury Ave., Carle Place to Send in The Clowns. Timpone represented the landlord and Joseph Sorbara of JLL represented the tenant.
