Westbury, NY Larry Ross, vice president of Compass commercial real estate division led by Adelaide Polsinelli negotiated a lease execution with SPORTIME Pickleball LLC of a soon-to-open pickleball facility at 575 Merrick Ave.
Scheduled to open this fall 2024, the complex will feature 13 brand new courts in a 30,000 s/f facility. The site is situated on 1.6 acres, near Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall and Eisenhower Park with visibility on a main thoroughfare.
Hornig Capital Partners and SPORTIME Clubs recently opened the largest indoor pickleball facility in New York state, located in Port Washington, and are committed to creating additional best-in-class facilities featuring rental courts, clinics, social and competitive open play sessions, tournaments and private events.
