According to Metro Property Group and Houlihan Parnes LLC, the firms have brokered three leases totaling 12,500 s/f. A five year lease renewal was completed with Yonkers Nail Salon in a 7,500 s/f shopping center located at the northwest corner of Central and Yonkers Aves. It is parallel to I-87, and diagonally across from the Empire Casino at Yonkers Raceway. There are seven retail tenants in the property at the corner of Central and Yonkers Aves. Jerry Houlihan of the Metro Property Group and Houlihan Parnes represented the landlord. A new ten year lease has been completed with Molino's Hair Salon in a 4,000 s/f shopping center located on White Plains Rd. in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx. The property is on the east side of White Plains Rd. between 213th St. and 214th St. White Plains Road is a major retail street with bus stops, elevated subway line and foot traffic two blocks from Gun Hill Rd. The surrounding area's multifamily buildings are serviced by the White Plains Rd. retail corridor. Houlihan represented the landlord. Houlihan Parnes also represented the landlord in completing a 1,000 s/f lease to Yoga Station LLC. Yoga Station will be one of the first commercial located yoga studios for owner Charlene Daigle. Daigle had been instructing through a home-based business previously. 217-221 East Hartsdale Ave. in Hartsdale is located adjacent to the Hartsdale Metro North Station in Hartsdale Village and houses RAD Art Studio, Azuma Sushi restaurant, USAlliance Federal Credit Union, Inidgo Chic Boutique, along with medical offices.
