Messineo and Delisle of Island Associates broker 3,000 s/f lease at Gateway Plaza; McKnight of Island Associates to rep Tropical Smoothie in Long Island expansion

Island Associates has completed the lease for a Tropical Smoothie Café site located at the Gateway Plaza, joining a new LA Fitness, King Kullen, Home Depot, Best Buy, Marshalls, Bobs Department Store and McDonald's. Tropical Smoothie Café will occupy 3,000 s/f. John Messineo and Roger Delisle, Jr. of Island Associates both represented Tropical Smoothie Café and the landlord, Pergament. Steve McKnight of Island Associates now represents Tropical Smoothie Café. Island Associates exclusively represents Tropical Smoothie in their Long Island expansion.
