The Board of Governors, (BOG), met on the morning of September 19, 2019, to vote on the new leadership team for The Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors. Ellen Feld, Sotheby’s Int’l Realty, called her last meeting to order and turned over the meeting to the Nominating Committee. The Committee introduced the slate and it was unanimously approved.

BMNAR is looking forward to a great year from our new officers and board members. I am thrilled to be working closely with our new president, Vincent Bucciere. Vinny is a principal of Today Realty, a family owned and operated business for 58 years. He graduated from Fordham University at the Rose Hill Campus in 1993. Vincent has been a true asset to many Bronx organizations. He supports and sponsors several baseball little leagues. Vinny is also a major supporter and donor for the Veterans Administration, Autism, Catholic Charities and the Breast Cancer Foundation. Moreover, in his off time, Vinny has been a true competitor as head coach of the Fordham Prep Baseball Team for the past five year. He has been a BMNAR member in good standing for 16 years.

the oath of office.

As newly elected president of BMNAR, Vinny stated, “I am truly honored to serve in this vibrant and exciting borough. In an ever changing real estate market, my focus will be reliant on full transparency to our hard working Realtors and establishing working relationships with other Real Estate Boards to strengthen our overall services and be resourceful to overcome any challenges we may face in the eye of Homeownership! My tenor will only be successful with all of the participation of our fellow hard working Real estate brokers, agents and Realtors who spend countless hours to bring the gift and blessings of homeownership to beautiful families. I look forward to listening to great ideas and strengthening the business for all Realtors from new technology to ongoing challenges we face in Albany with our changing Real Estate laws. Let’s grow together and build a future for Real Estate professionals as well as support and maintain the very fabric of this prosperous state. We also need to continue our support for the Realtor Political Action Committee, (RPAC), strengthen our MLS support and broaden our relationship with other MLS boards, and continue our faithful journey to support charitable organizations.”

Our annual Holiday Party and Toy Drive is December 12th, 2019 at the Marina del Rey. It will be great time to meet the our leadership team. For more information about our holiday party and on how to become a member of BMNAR, please contact my office at 718-892-3000. And, remember, “There’s no place like home.”
