Long Island Commercial Network members have a busy summer; Includes three deals by Magnani of Daniel Gale Sotheby's

Long Island Commercial Network (LICN) is busy closing deals. John Magnani of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty closed three deals in Nassau and Suffolk Counties in August. The first deal was for 2100 Bellmore Ave., Bellmore sold for $1.2 million. It is an auto repair business with four bays. The second deal was for 60 E. Jefryn Blvd., Deer Park which sold for $2.8 million. This is a 40,000 s/f warehouse. The third deal was a 2,300 s/f lease at 36 Middle Neck Rd., Great Neck to Asian Fusion restaurant. Bradley Diamond from Lee & Associates has leased three spaces. The deals include: A 3,800 s/f, seven-year lease at 350 Jericho Tpke., Jericho, to the Channel Group; a 10-year, 7,000 s/f office lease at 9 Park Ave., Great Neck to Leaders in Travel; and an office sub-lease with Coke at 17-20 Whitestone Expressway in Whitestone. Diamond was the tenant rep.
