Meet the IREM Members

Nicholas Stolatis, CPM is the treasurer of the Greater N.Y. chapter of IREM and has been so for as long as anyone can remember! He has been in real estate asset management for 31 years, the last 26 with TIAA-CREF. He is currently director, Strategic Initiatives Asset Management. When asked about IREM, Stolatis said that it is the pre-eminent certification program to identify yourself as a professional in the asset and property management field. In addition, Stolatis is a member of BOMA and REBNY.
