Meet the IFMA Member: Matthew Rich

Matthew Rich has been a driving force in the facility and project management functions for WestLB's New York offices since 2004. Rich was instrumental in the successful relocation of over 400 employees from mid-town to down town Manhattan, including the LEED-Platinum CI fit out of the 130,000 s/f space. Matthew's leadership on this endeavor helped WestLB AG earn the IFMA NYC's 2010 Design & Construction of a New Facility award. Rich is a member of the IFMA Cares Committee, which is dedicated to improving the lives of New Yorkers in need, and is also a member of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children's (AHRC-NYC) Charitable Golf Outing Committee, which raises many thousands of dollars annually for the AHRC.
