Meet the honorees: PWC's Salute to Women of Achievement - April 23

On April 23, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will honor seven outstanding women who have broken through the concrete ceiling with grace and distinction at its annual Salute to Women of Achievement luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave. The honorees will be: * Juliana Atmadja, Sc.D., P.E, principal hydrogeologist, Louis Berger Group * Karen Roberts, EVP and president, Walmart Realty * Tanya Pope, executive director, Construction Business Services, Columbia University Facilities * Heidi Strom, senior vice president, AON Risk Services, Construction Services Group * Lore de la Bastide, vice president of purchasing, Con Edison of N.Y. * Gloria Glas, AIA, partner, SLCEArchitects, LLP. * Elly Spicer, director, NYC District Council of Carpenters Labor Technical College * Sabrina Kanner, senior vice president, design and construction, Brookfield Properties Corp.
