Meet the BMAR Member - Kelleher

Joseph Kelleher is a well-known and respected business leader who has made significant contributions to the Bronx business community. He currently serves as president and COO of Hutch Management LLC where he is responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of the 42-acre Hutchinson Metro Center office complex as well as other commercial properties in the Bronx. He joined the Hutchinson Metro Center in 2003 at the project's inception and has spearheaded the leasing activity at the complex which is considered one of the most successful new office parks in the region. In addition to his leadership role at the Hutchinson Metro Center, Kelleher also serves as chairman of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce. Kelleher, who was elected chairman last year, previously served as president of the Chamber. Last year, he was honored by the Bronx Business Alliance for his contributions to the business community. Kelleher also serves on the Steering Committee for the development of the Westchester Square Business Improvement District. Kelleher began his real estate career in the Real Estate Division of NYNEX where he was property manager for the Corporate Headquarters Building located at 1095 Avenue of Americas. Prior to joining the Hutchinson Metro Center, he served as director of property management for Winoker Realty Corp. In addition to serving as chairman of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce, Kelleher is a member of The Building Owners and Managers Organization (BOMA) as well as the Bronx- Manhattan Association of Realtors, Inc.
