Meet the BMAR Member - Coder

When Kenneth Coder was asked if he might be interested in serving as an auditor for the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMAR), it did not take long for him to realize that he would be perfect for the job. Having experience in both the real estate industry and the not-for-profit sector will be beneficial to the association. Coder is a graduate of Queens College and started a career in public accounting after graduation. His tax practices specializes in real estate, including real estate development, low income housing and 1031 exchanges, to name a few. Coder is active on the tax committee of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners. He looks forward to working with the Bronx board and it's various committees in the future.
