110 Kroemer Ave. is located off Old Country Rd. It has a total of 13,664 s/f on six acres. It is a multi-tenant industrial warehouse property built in 1998 with high ceilings. It is owned by Kroemer Avenue Holdings, LLC.

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is a full-service HVAC company based in Texas. Their most recent acquisition was Matz-Rightway, LLC, which will be housed and operating out of 110 Kromer Ave.
