McGuire Group and McGuire Development relocate corporate headquarters

Buffalo, NY As of June 25, 2018, The McGuire Group and McGuire Development Co. will relocate their corporate headquarters from 560 Delaware Ave. to 455 Cayuga Rd. in Airport Commerce Park. This move signifies the growth both organizations have experienced, as well as a need to be in a more centralized location to better serve current and future clients.

Together, the companies will occupy more than 25,000 s/f. The site at 455 Cayuga is currently undergoing a complete facelift in order to offer a next generation office space.

The building will be focused on creating an interactive client experience, including collaboration spaces, conference room technology, recreational style cafeteria, as well as a modern aesthetic.

The McGuire family has been an equity partner in Airport Commerce Park for more than 30 years and has been managing the 600,000 s/f park since 2011.

Other tenants at Airport Commerce Park include FedEx, UPS, YMCA, WNY Imaging, Ricoh, and Dunn Tire.

The proximity to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport will also improve ease of traveling and commute times, as both companies continue to expand their footprint outside of the region. The organization will maintain a satellite office at the Compass East building, located at 425 Michigan Ave., in downtown.

The new space will place both The McGuire Group & McGuire Development Co. on the same floor and has been created in a way to continue the current camaraderie and interaction between the companies.

“This location creates a number of efficiencies for our staff, clients, and vendors while expanding opportunities for new jobs and growth,” said Jim McGuire, CEO.

McGuire Development Co. is a full-scale commercial real estate firm, specializing in real estate services, development, property management, owner representation, and brokerage.

The McGuire Group provides administrative support to six affiliated health care and rehabilitation facilities in New York State. Services at the facilities include skilled nursing care, subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, memory care, palliative care and respite/short-term care. The facilities continuously receive 5-star ratings from the federal government and have been in the state’s top quintile for quality for 5 out of 5 years.
