McGuire Development breaks ground on 16,000 s/f medical office complex; 4855 Camp Road in Hamburg - Phase II

HAMBURG, NY McGuire Development Co. has begun construction on phase II of a medical complex located adjacent to the Omni Pain and Wellness Center on Camp Rd. The 16,000 s/f, class A medical office building will be home to anchor tenants Buffalo Orthopaedic Group, LLP and Buffalo Rehab Group Physical Therapy, PC with an additional 8,000 s/f available for lease. The building will also have the ability to be expanded by an additional 12,000 s/f. Phase I, which was constructed by McGuire Development Co. in 2008 and is anchored by Dr. Kristen Robillard and Lakeshore Primary Care Associates, is located adjacent to the new project at 4855 Camp Rd. The facility is also home to a number of medical specialties including the Omni Pain and Wellness Center, Windsong Radiology Group and others providing a one-stop medical campus for patients. Phase II will incorporate the same concept, giving individuals easy access to services at both buildings. “We’re excited to introduce the development of a much needed medical building in the Southtowns area,” said Jim Dentinger, president of McGuire Development Company.  “This new facility brings together impactful health care options for the community and expands our medical footprint in Hamburg.”
