Huntington, NY Dennis McCoy and Gary Pezza of NAI Long Island represented both F45 Training (Alberts Group) and the respective landlords in the lease of four different locations in Huntington, Hauppauge, Massapequa and Syosset. The following retail leases total 10,111 s/f:

• 2,563 s/f was leased by F-45 Alberts from landlord Hookshank LLC at 269 New York Ave., Huntington.

• 2,332 s/f was leased by F-45/Alberts Group Hauppauge from landlord 812 Wheeler Road LLC at 812 Wheeler Rd., Hauppauge.

• 2,800 s/f was leased by F-45 (Alberts Group Massapequa LLC) from Landlord 181st Realty Corp. at 40 Carmen’s Rd., Massapequa.

• 2,416 s/f was leased by F-45 (Alberts Group Syosset LLC) from landlord Darshan Sing Bagga LLC at 567 Jericho Tpke., Sysosset.
