Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of two vacant commercial condos located at 490-506 Greenwich St., according to J.D. Parker, VP and regional manager of the firm's Manhattan office. The asset commanded a sales price of $4.321 million. Eleas Mathios, investment associate, Michael Helpern, investment associate, and Steven Siegel, first VP investments in Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was secured by Sharon Bands of Marcus & Millichap. "These were two downtown Manhattan commercial condos on Greenwich St. One had an existing retail tenant, the other was purchased because the buyer saw a change of use from office to retail, creating tremendous opportunity going forward," said Siegel.
