What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2013?
We have significantly grown our new market rate and affordable housing architecture practice in 2013. Our firm currently has seven new residential tower projects in either the design phase or under construction throughout the five boroughs of New York City. This was the most successful year for MADGI's residential new construction studio in a decade. The new projects include the 560 West 25th St. luxury condominium tower, which is already under construction, and a new residential/retail mixed-use high rise in Long Island City, which will house a Mercedes-Benz dealership.
