What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : I personally sold over 42 acres on the East End of Suffolk County,Long Island. My office, Zere Real Estate Services closed on more than 87 sales and leasing deals in 2012. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : With the new tax implications, the high cost of healthcare, the Dodd Frank Act still in place and the unstable economic conditions it is a difficult market that will separate the consummate professional brokers with a high level of expertise from the novice brokers that can no longer hang on to hope and a prayer of just getting by with the basics.
